You own the content you add to Tuo. Tuo is a task management tool, not a secure vault — it is not designed or intended for storing sensitive credentials or financial information. By using Tuo you accept responsibility for the content you add. You also agree not to post content that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
We work hard to keep Tuo running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Tuo is provided as-is and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.
We collect and store the information you provide to make Tuo work. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about significant changes. Continuing to use Tuo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
