How do I share a group with someone?

Open the group, tap the invite code to copy it, and share it with the person you'd like to invite. They'll need to download Tuo and enter the code when joining a group.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile (tap your initials in the top right) and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete account" and confirm. This will permanently remove your account and personal data.

I'm not receiving notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for Tuo in your iPhone Settings. You can also check your notification preferences inside the app under Profile.

A job is showing as assigned to me but I didn't claim it

If you're the only member of a group, jobs are automatically assigned to you. If someone else has assigned themselves to a job, you can view the job timeline to see the history.

How do I leave a group?

Open the group, tap the ••• menu in the top right, and select "Leave group". Any jobs you've claimed will be returned to the group.
