Your privacy matters. Here's exactly what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect the information you provide when you create an account (your name and email address) and the content you add to the app (tasks, notes, group information, and any photos you choose to attach). We also collect basic usage data to help us improve Tuo.
We use your information to provide and improve the Tuo service, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the app secure. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted in the Tokyo region. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate Tuo — currently Supabase (database and storage) and Expo (push notifications). We require these providers to handle your data securely and in accordance with this policy.
You can update your name at any time in the app. You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time using the delete account option in your profile settings. You can also contact us at hello@yogrr.com to request a copy of your data or ask any questions about how it is handled.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal information (email address and push notification token) is removed immediately. Your name may be retained on historical activity within shared groups so other members retain an accurate record of who did what.
Tuo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with their information, please contact us at hello@yogrr.com and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll let you know about significant changes. Continuing to use Tuo after changes means you accept the updated policy.
